A brand new car is a real treat to drive. It will be new, shiny and you will be the only person who has ever driven it – that’s a great feeling. You will want to keep it looking new for as long as possible, so these are some of the things you should do:
- Get your car cleaned on a regular basis. You should make sure the tyres are properly cleaned and that the paintwork is waxed as well.
- Make sure you keep up with your services. Your car should be serviced roughly once a year and whilst this isn’t law, you should make sure it has a full-service history to keep it in good condition and to be able to sell it for a good price.
- Change the oil regularly. Old oil can damage the engine.
- Make sure you have screen wash. This will keep the windscreen clear and in good condition.
